I’m not sure if that plugin supports more in-depth logging.
One thing you could check is whether those pages and categories already exist from previous installation attempts. If they do, try deleting them and see if that resolves the issue.
Hi there,
Unfortunately, we only provide support in English. Could you please write your message in English?

Hi there,
To fully complete the update, you’ll need to manually convert all Unyson Page Builder pages to WPBakery Page Builder. This is necessary because when you disable the Unyson framework, its page builder is also deactivated.

That’s great to hear that it worked! 🙂
Regarding the WooCommerce file, there seem to be only minor changes, which we will address in the next beta update.

Hi there,
Our theme is mobile-friendly and offers numerous options for optimization on mobile devices. However, when building custom content, some additional adjustments may be necessary. This could include tweaking options related to mobile text size and other mobile-specific settings.

We have released a server-side update that might fix the font issue. Can you please confirm if this has resolved the problem?
Regarding migration, this can be done under Gillion (left sidebar) > Framework Upgrade and by following the steps provided.
Hi there,
If you haven’t modified theme files, then you shouldn’t lose any customizations.

Hi there,
The first thing we recommend is disabling the AMP plugin (if you installed it) to see if that improves anything, as it has recently caused more issues than it solves for mobile devices.
