Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
I can see the meta name on your shared website “Read it later” page as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please request Google Search Console to scan the page content again.

It seems you are using the redux framework so please deactivate the Unyson plugin on your website as it conflicts with the Redux framework and check whether it resolves your issue.

You have to create a whole page https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/home/home-photography/ from scratch including the slider that is very complex so a better way is to import the demo content.

The featured image size is set to 1200px X 675px in the theme and your images are larger than it therefore they are getting cut.
You can resolve the issue by increasing the featured image size in the theme by using the attached custom plugin.

If you have upgraded to the Redux framework then you have to deactivate the Unyson plugin on your website as it conflicts with the Redux framework.

If you can’t deactivate plugins on your production website then do you have staging or development website where we can do it?
I logged into your website and saw you are using HTTPS on your website but have set HTTP in your website general settings as shown in the attached screenshot so first of all change it to HTTPS.
Also, This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
I logged into your website and updated the theme to the latest version that made it work.
Could you please confirm it?
Please note that the background image added to the row and the content added in the page content area is removed and instead added in the page header settings.
