Hi Adam,
I hope you are well today and thank you for creating separate topic for your question.
This is happening because you are using incorrect video URL in the Video content element as shown in the attached screenshot.
You can see if you visit the video URL directly https://quirks.essexwebdesignstudio.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Cartoon-updated-August-2017.mp4 then it doesn’t exist so please make sure it exists and use correct URL.

On your site i can see you are using older version of PHP as shown in the attached screenshot so please update it to the latest PHP version.

I’m trying to edit blog page and set blog posts per page as 15 but it still doesn’t show up (please see attached image).
Could you please try changing it from your site reading settings as shown in the attached screenshot?
If it still doesn’t work for you then could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that i can help you to achieve it?
What is the easiest way to customize this and how to use page builder on this page?
Blog page is dynamic page and not static page so you can’t edit it using page builder.

To achieve that you have to copy the function gillion_nav_wrap_login code added in the theme file /gillion/inc/helpers_extended.php on line number 518 and add that function in the functions.php file of Gillion child theme.
Then change that copied function gillion_nav_wrap_login code however you want to.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.

This is happening because you are adding 1, 5, 9 and so on buttons in single column instead you should add each of the buttons in separate columns.
