I am using latest theme version 2.3.2 V1 from https://support.shufflehound.com/latest-jevelin-beta-versions/ and latest version 2.6.14 of WooCommerce plugin.
Are you using child theme on your site?
If yes then this can be child theme issue on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Jevelin theme instead of child theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your child theme issue.
Also this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not update that plugin until it is updated in the theme.

As for the contact form, still not working. Can’t send test email. I’m trying to use my icloud email to send messages. Could this be the problem?
Yes this can be the problem so first nake sure you are getting other emails from your site like user registration or comments then you can get contact form email also.

I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can try resolving the issue by using the attached child theme of Jevelin theme that contains some custom code.

When i try to edit settings of icon box i get the “error: Internal Server Error”.
This issue could happen due to various reasons, but first we can recommend to try these 2 solutions:
- Disable all plugins except Unyson framework, because security and other type of plugins could block the requests
- Create a backup and reset .htaccess file (https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/how-to-reset-the-htaccess-file-of-your-wordpress-site-using-ftp-8527), because security and other type of plugins could left some code which could block this feature
There are various reasons why the Internal Server Error occurs but you can resolve it as described in this tutorial “How to fix Internal Server Error“.
Also, the contact form refuses to send emails, i’ve been over my smtp settings several times over.
Please make sure you have configured the contact form correctly.
Are you getting other emails from your site like user registration or comments?
Also are you getting test email from contact form?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
It seems you are directly trying to install the zip file that you downloaded from themeforest which also contains theme documentation and licenses.
Please extract the downloaded zip file and install the Jevelin theme and its child theme files from the extracted directory as shown in the attached screenshot.

There isn’t any shortcode to achieve that but you can display post title in the main blog title in H1 tag by using the attached child theme of Jevelin theme.
