There is no size restriction for the header builder logo but it seems you have applied some CSS code on it using the Yellowpencil editor that is causing the issue so please remove the CSS code.
You can reset the Yellow Pencil editor as described on the below pages.
https://yellowpencil.waspthemes.com/docs/managing-changes-on-entire-website/
https://yellowpencil.waspthemes.com/docs/managing-the-element-styles/
Also, the logo image that you are using contains too much blank space as shown in the attached screenshot that you should remove to display it properly.
It seems something basic thing is missing on your website that I can troubleshoot If you share your website URL.
You can request a refund from ThemeForest where you have purchased the theme.

Hi @sortedmedia,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Does it work fine If you upload the template file in any default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty One theme?
If not then please make sure that you are creating it correctly as described below.

Hi Wil,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I logged into your website and saw it is not displaying on the moile because you have made their column hidden as shown in the attached screenshot.
Best regards,

As said earlier the issue will be resolved soon in the future version of the theme.
Hi @jonjlevesque,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Ok
No, the code only displays there when you add an inline stylesheet to the element.
Instead, you can use CSS specificity to apply your CSS code.
Hi Zbyszek,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Those are links that we have to exclude from crawling therefore they do not have href attribute.

Hi Zbyszek,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Each one provides a different style of icons and some are unique so there are no direct replacements for them.
You can develop custom code and configure specific set of icons in the element settings to use only one type of icons.

You can use any other Instagram plugin and the widget provided by it such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/spotlight-social-photo-feeds/
Hi Wil,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I can see your logo image is itself pixelated so please use the better logo image and it will display properly.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I can see the CSS code is added on your website as shown in the attached screenshot so it means the theme custom CSS option is working but there is an issue in your CSS code.
Please try adding the CSS code in the theme settings on the below path.
Admin Area -> Jevelin -> Theme Settings -> Custom CSS/JS -> CSS Code

Hi @sortedmedia,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to develop custom code to achieve this as described below.

Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the Automptize Cache that you are using on your website and enable right click so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It seems you missed sharing it again so please share it.
Also, are you using the Redux framework or the Unyson framework?
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I logged into your website and saw it is working after deactivating the Elementor plugin but it is working fine on my website using the same version of the Elementor plugin.
This can be due to another plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
