Yes, please.
Hi @ficinter3,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please edit it using the WPBakery page builder and configure the row and columns containing it for mobile devices as described on the below pages.

Could you please again temporarily deactivate the W3 Total Cache and autoptimize cache plugins on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
I don’t mean you shouldn’t use yellow pencil with wpbakery page builder but I meant you should only use it If the wpbakery page builder doesn’t provide the option.
You can configure it for mobile using yellow pencil editor in responsive mode as described on the below page.
Should I just add the new zip file and activate?
Like on the photo below?
Yes, you are right.
(I’m afraid of losing my content)
No, you won’t lose any content.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Have you set the featured images for the related posts as I have described earlier?
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?
You are most welcome here 🙂

Hi @Benjam1n,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I visited your shared website but didn’t see the content on it that you displayed in your shared screenshot.
Please advise.
Also, it seems you have created your website using the WPBakery page builder so please use it to edit and change page and not Yellow pencil editor.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I don’t see any reference to the theme in your shared error log.
The theme is working fine with the latest version of WordPress and we are using it on our websites without any issue.
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
Please login to access this file
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @luklab,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I could confirm the issue on my test site that occurs with the demo content created using unyson page builder and not the WPBakery page builder, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It seems the woocommerce plugin related question so please contact the woocommerce support to resolve it.
Your shared website is not accessible and displays the message “Crafting Mode”.
You can try changing their colors using the Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.
https://support.shufflehound.com/how-to-change-almost-any-element/
It seems you misunderstood the cache with the cache plugin.
I have requested you to clear your browser cache and not plugin cache so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.
You can clear your browser cache as described on the below pages.
https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/how-to-clear-browser-cache/
https://in.pcmag.com/software-services/41063/how-to-clear-your-history-in-any-browser

You can update the theme without losing any of your content as described in my earlier reply.
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
