It seems the issue is resolved now itself.
Could you please confirm it?
The line underneath the Filter by Price title is currently black & I want to change it
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Gillion -> Theme Settings -> Custom CSS/JS -> CSS Code
#sidebar h3.widget-title { border-bottom: 2px solid #c7bebe !important; }
The price /discount tags are orange & I want to change it
You can change its color by using the Yellow Pencil editor as described on the below page.

Can we switch the shop page to Elementor?
Yes, as described below.

Solution for this topic
To align it on mobile, you can add the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Jevelin -> Theme Settings -> Custom CSS/JS -> CSS Code
@media (max-width: 992px){ #cf7-966 form.wpcf7-form.init { padding: 0; left: 0; } #cf7-966 form.wpcf7-form.init .col-md-6 input.wpcf7-form-control { left: 0 !important; margin: 0 auto !important; } }
I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Could you please tell me which banner you are referring to here?
Could you please try removing the latitude/longitude and instead try adding the address in the map settings?
Hi Rakish,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Gillion theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Best regards,

Not any recommendation.
You can use any popular cache plugin.
I removed the paddings and changed the height of the column by logging into your website as shown in the attached screenshots.
Hi @FrameCADD,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
If you have created pages using the Unyson page builder then you need to activate the Unyson plugin.

Hi @tjgott,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can try to align it using the Yellow Pencil editor in responsive mode as described on the below page.

Yes, If you use multiple cache then they may conflict so please use only one cache.

Hi @pascal,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I can see a javascript error in the browser console as shown in the attached screenshot so please resolve it to make the map work.
This can be due to plugins used on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether the error gets resolved and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is generating it if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I can log into your website using the shared credentials but can’t access the admin area of the website.
Please make sure that the shared user account has an administrator role.
Hi @dhumshan,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
Issue 1:
I get an error in the Shufflehound Social Icons widget (Check the Screenshot). It is placed in the side menu.
I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Issue 2:
Also the side menu icon doesnโt disappear even after turning it off in theme options.
Please try deactivating it from the theme header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
The option is working fine for me.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Solution for this topic
I am getting a “Suspected bot.” error as shown in the attached screenshot.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
If it is not a plugin conflict then please contact your web host to know why this is happening.
