I logged into your website and saw your website home page is corrupted as it is created using the Unyson page builder but you tried to edit it using the WPBakery page builder.
To resolve the issue, please restore the old working version of the page from the page revisions and only edit the page using the Unyson page builder.

If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
I have also notified this to the theme developer so that it will be fixed.

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Could you please temporarily clear and deactivate the w3-total-cache and autoptimize cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also, are you using any image lazy loading plugin on your website?
If yes then please also temporarily deactivate it.

the description heading is still showing with a white background but it worked for the description body text.
Please also use the below CSS code for the headings.
#page-container ul.tabs li { background: transparent; }Also font colour and font family havent changed, there is also nowhere with that pink/red colour code
You can change its styling using the Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.

I visited your website and saw some javascript errors on it which seems to cause the issue to not make lightbox plugins work on your website.
It seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/installing-demo/
Please clear your browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.

It seems the text is displayed by the WooCommerce plugin so you can change it either by translating the plugin or using any of the following plugins to change it.

Yes, you are right and I have created a feature request to implement it so that the “Square” option will crop the image to square.
It will be implemented ASAP in the future version of the theme.
I logged into your website and saw the images used in the slider are not of the same size therefore all the images are not displayed in the square.
You can set image ratio as a portrait as shown in the attached screenshot so that all images will display equally in height.
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme below.

It seems from your shared log that the Startup demo content was successfully downloaded and imported on your website.
When I check the import a lot of the functions from the Startup Demo do not show. In particular the top image and button do not show.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
