This is happening because you are using the custom CSS code on your website with the Yellow Pencil Editor.
To resolve the issue, please remove the above CSS code from your website.
You can reset the Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below pages.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

Instead of using full URL in the menu http://naujas.fabula.lt/#footer please just use relative URL #footer to make it work on all the pages.

Shufflehound teamThe theme does not install the plugin so I am not sure how it is automatically installed with the Jevelin theme.
Could you please contact the plugin support to know how to selectively exclude only those images from lazy loading?
I logged into your website and changed the header template to Header 10 and also changed the navigation color in the theme Styling settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

You have to edit the page using the WPBakery page builder and remove the row containing the subscription section.
