Those are some of the icons as shown in the attached screenshots.
You are most welcome here 🙂
You have to add the same services ID to the row of WPBakery page builder.
I don’t have that is why I am requesting you to ask it to the plugin support.
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
Solution for this topic
Hi Simon,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.home #page-container .sh-iconbox-content { text-align: justify; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi Fiona,

Hi Kristina,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes, you can achieve this by manually uploading the font and apply it to the elements developing CSS code as described below.

Hi @mondiwah,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that you have configured the contact form settings correct by editing the contact form and the page containing it.
Also, please make sure that the test emails are getting sent successfully using contact form settings option.

I am not sure whether they have checked the theme files or not but wp_footer is always active for every page as it is added in the theme footer.php file as shown in the attached screenshot therefore it is not a theme bug.
You have wrapped the text in <b> tags causing the issue so please remove the <b> tags that you have used.
Also, it seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

The products are being imported with a 3rd part plugin from another web.
It seems the plugin has not imported it correctly, therefore, you have to update the product to reflect the changes,
Could you please contact the plugin developer to resolve the issue?
I did it and saw these are all icon fonts as shown in the attached screenshot, therefore, there isn’t any alternative way to display it until the font fil gets loaded.
I don’t see any white gap there as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please test it clearing your browser cache and using a different browser.
Awesome great to see you got that worked.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @beaujapan,

You can do it as said in my initial reply posted above.
Hi @mariana10ibs,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You are using the WPbakery page builder plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin until you purchase it.
Please find more information about it on the following page.
We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins
The theme will be updated soon and then you can also update the WPBakery page builder plugin.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
If it is not plugin conflict then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
