This is happening because you are using both WPBakery page builder and Unyson page builder at a time on your website so If you want to use the WPBakery page builder then please disable the Unyson page builder for that page by clicking on the Default Editor button as shown in the attached screenshot.

It is theme style.css file that is saved on the path /themes/jevelin/style.css
