Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

In the meanwhile you can just ignore this warning as the theme still works with the plugin without any issue and if you get any issue then feel free to ask us.

It is not slider image but the background image added to the visual composer row that you can change by editing the page and the row added in it as shown in the attached screenshot.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

can i just use the javelin theme and rewrite the current theme through winscp? or its better through the wordpress?

We will check how the default WordPress themes handle this situation and then will consider to change it if it doesn’t have any side effects.
Also, we can only change it for the scripts generated by the theme and not the plugins.

Please make sure that the shared user account is admin account and can access admin area of your website.

I visited your shared site and saw this is happening because you have added the button stylesheet CSS code in the media query as below that makes it functional only on the screens having a minimum width 768px so, please remove that media query condition to make it work on all screens and mobile devices.

After activating the theme, please set the theme option in the theme General settings a shown in the attached screenshot.
