    As described above, it seems the construction demo is getting installed successfully according to your shared log.

     

    Do you not get the construction demo page in the Pages section of your site admin area?

     

    To resolve it quickly, Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    I logged into your site and confirmed the issue but didn’t find anything related to the issue.

     

    The demo content is getting imported successfully for us and for other users as reported in the below topic.

    Before importing the demo content, please make sure that you have activated the required plugins such as WooCommerce, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page builder etc. from Appearance -> Install Plugins

    Please make sure that you are using below the latest version of the theme.

     


    Please login to access this file

     

    Also, please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the cache that you are using on your site.

     

    This can be child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, Unyson and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text โ€œEnter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)โ€.

     

    You can change that image by editing the page and the row added in it then just change the image in its option as shown in the attached screenshot.
