Hi @nicolaivarney,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I don’t get any clue from your shared log.
To confirm whether it is a theme issue, just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s the theme issue.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi larbi,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me exactly a bit more in detail what is not working on your site and what you want to update so that I can help you?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Solution for this topic
We are using an icon box slider and this is not appearing cleaning on the mobile view.Β There is lot of empty space as in the image attached.
I can see the Icon box slider is displaying fine without any empty space as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please test it clearing your browser cache.
Also the about us section is not getting the side spacing as in the desktop version. Kindly advise.
It seems happening because you have removed the padding of the About Us section row on mobile causing the issue.
To resolve the issue, either remove that padding or add the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#content div#aboutus { padding-top: 110px !important; padding-right: 20px !important; padding-bottom: 20px !important; padding-left: 30px !important; }
Got it working on Siteground. Will ask A2hosting for a refund but you should try fixing the issue with them for other customers.
Glad you got it working.
We will talk to A2hosting regarding the issue.
Just got some warnings, should I be worried ?
Nothing to worry.
It seems they are displaying because the WooCommerce plugin was not active at the time you imported the demo content.
But second problem still remains though. On mobile, the fixed header flickers white when scrolling. How can I fix this?
Do you want not to display header white on a scroll as shown in the attache screenshot?
If not then what color do you want it to display?

Hi @bousraou,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
No, the theme does not need this extension.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Please display the style 1 (inline with header) search on your site and share your site credentials so that I can troubleshoot it.
It displays fine for me now as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please try using a different browser?
Solution for this topic
Please make sure that you have activated the WordPress Shortcodes unyson extension as shown in the attached screenshot.
Hi @appetitte,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This is not happened due to the theme update but because you have disabled Unyson Builder in that page so please enable it again on clicking on the Unyson Builder button as shown in the attached screenshot.
Best regards,

Also, the demo content is getting imported fine on our test site and for all other theme users so it must be specific to your site.
You can test it by importing the demo content on your any other site hosted on a different server or locally.
Have you tested it as described above?
Yeah, I tried the deprecated method and it broke the website.
I didn’t tell you to use the deprecated legacy method.
I had to reinstall WordPress from scratch. You can login on the new page with same login.
No, it is still not working as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you take a look and check what I should ask my host since itβs the latest WP and PHP 7.2 !
It seems latest so you don’t need to do anything.
Those both are third party plugins so we can’t do anything to make them compatible.
Could you please contact the plugin support to resolve the issue?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
I can see still the CSS files such as below on your website are cached and minimized so please disable it.
http://54.188.25.235/wp-content/themes/jevelin/A.style.css,qver=5.2.2.pagespeed.cf.epLyVsHoqY.css
Then please contact the plugin support to remove it as the theme doesn’t add anything there.
To achieve this, you have to develop more custom code in the shared custom plugin.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
