Solution for this topic
You can hide it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-titlebar .titlebar-title, .sh-titlebar #breadcrumbs { display: none; }
Hi @adaonichabor,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
There isn’t any option to add vertical line but you can create it using a workaround.
You can add a border to the left or right side of a column or element that you are using.

Also, the demo content is getting imported fine on our test site and for all other theme users so it must be specific to your site.
You can test it by importing the demo content on your any other site hosted on a different server or locally.

Hi @dl703,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is not getting changed because you have used the custom WPBakery page header template in the site header settings so you have to change it by editing the WPBakery page header as shown in the attached screenshot.
If you don’t use WPBakery page header template then it gets changed from the header settings that you have changed.

Hi @danielleegood,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This can be your site issue so to confirm it just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If you still get the issue then it’s your site issue.

Could you please tell me why the grey bar is displaying on your site?
Are you displaying it using any plugin or custom code?
We suggested their use any of the shared Mega menu plugins and not just max mega menu so please use any other plugin if it doesn’t work or contact the plugin support to resolve the issue.
