I am not sure which page builder you are using but if you are using Unyson page builder then you can achieve it by adding a background image to the column / section and add text box content element in it having required text.

I can’t access your shared site due to popup authentication that you have enabled on your site and your shared credentials didn’t work there.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Could you please try reinstalling the WPBakery plugin?

@Exodium It seems you are facing a different issue so to help us keep support thread separates could you please create your own thread for your question instead of posting a reply in this thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.

Then please try deleting the above jevelin theme folder manually on your server using FTP or cPanel file manager.
If I delete my existing Jevelin theme Iām going to loose everything, and all the changes I did in the css file with the customizerā¦
You won’t lose any changes made using theme customizer or the theme settings but you will lose the changes made in the theme files therefore we strongly recommend you to not make changes in the theme files.

It should make the update without haveing to delete the theme!
Yes, it should update the theme without deleting it but not sure why it is not working on your site.
This may be because of any your site-specific issue but deleting and reinstalling the theme should definitely work as it has nothing to do with the plugin.
