The 2021 theme has nothing to do with the Jevelin theme but the WP Bakery Builder plugin also not working with the 2021 theme so it means this is not the theme issue but your website issue so please contact your web host to resolve the issue.
To make it full width, please remove the padding and set the width to full width in the section settings that contains the Portfolio element as shown in the attached screenshot.

I visited the website and tested it several times but the image displays fine for me.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please when you face the issue then try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
