Please make sure that you have activated the theme and installed the theme required plugins from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Then you can access the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please clear the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your website.
Also, please remove the blank spaces displayed around the logo image that you are using on your website as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please make sure that you are using the below latest theme version and activated all the theme required plugins from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
If you have upgraded to the Redux framework from the below path then please make sure that you deactivated the Unyson plugin on your website.
Admin Area -> Jevelin -> Framework Upgrade

Shufflehound teamThe 2021 theme has nothing to do with the Jevelin theme but the WP Bakery Builder plugin also not working with the 2021 theme so it means this is not the theme issue but your website issue so please contact your web host to resolve the issue.
To make it full width, please remove the padding and set the width to full width in the section settings that contains the Portfolio element as shown in the attached screenshot.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Gillion theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
If you have upgraded to the Redux framework then please make sure that you deactivated the Unyson plugin on your website.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please when you face the issue then try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
