I logged into your site disabled some plugins and removed food from WordPress Address (URL) in your site General Settings but your site is not accessible now.
Could you please make it accessible using your site FTP details?

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

It seems you are using Jetpack plugin on your site so could you please try temporary deactivating its Photon module on your site as shown in the attached screenshot?

You are using the plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin until you purchase it.
We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with themeĀ from AppearanceĀ ->Ā Install Plugins

There isn’t an option for it so you have to develop custom code to achieve this.
because I see that the style āMinimalisticā has those buttons (but unfortunately an ugly shadow as well).

Shufflehound teamIf you want to change the header style for the whole site then you can do so from the theme settings as shown in the first attached screenshot.
And if you want to change the header style for the specific page then you can do so from Page Settings by editing the page as shown in the second attached screenshot.
So when I purchased this theme, I assumed the demo would include all the pages like you had it and so all I had to do is do a 1-click install and then edit the pages, but your demo, only includes 1-2 pages and then I have to create the other pages myself, which is not what I wanted.
The demo is created combining all the demo templates which you can find in the One Click Demo install page in your site admin area so you have to import all the demos to get all demo templates and pages on your site.
with that said, I am not happy with this purchase, how do I go about requesting a refund please?
You can request a refund on ThemeForest site from where you have purchased the theme.

Would you mind If I temporarily deactivate the plugins on your site to troubleshoot it?
