I can see in your above shared screenshot that the page content is created using Unyson page builder so you can edit it using Unyson page builder and notWpBakery Visual page builder.
Please do not switch between page builders orelse you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the page content.
Could you please share the screenshots of it?

I meant the theme doesn’t create any static 404 page which you think is a sample page on your site.
The 404 page is a dynamic page which displays when you visit any URL on your site that doesn’t exist and you can control some styling and text on this page using theme 404 page settings that you displayed in your shared screenshot.
You can get more information about 404 page on the following page.
Please try configuring the element settings as displayed in the attached screenshots.
If it also doesn’t work with Twenty Nineteen theme then it is not theme related issue but your site-specific and we only provide support here to Gillion theme.

I am using the custom 404 page you offer in your theme. When it get’s hit it says “sample-page” in the URL. Can I change this? It is showing up in a related posts widget I am using. I would prefer to hide the page from that widget, but at least changing the name to 404 or something would make sense.
The theme doesn’t create any such page so please check whether you have created sample page on your site.
Also, another topic, how can I change the blog title font size? I am changing the “post Title” in the styling section and it has no effect.

http://php.net/supported-versions.phpTo confirm whether it is theme issue, just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s the theme issue.
Also this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
