Solution for this topic
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-portfolio-single-info .sh-portfolio-single-info-item:last-child a{ pointer-events: none; cursor: text; }
If this is ok then please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
You are most welcome here 🙂
It is not a theme issue but your server issue therefore we requested to resolve it as described in the below page.
http://freewptp.com/fix-wordpress-issue-internal-server-error/
Have you followed the instructions provided on the above page?
You can also contact your web host to resolve that issue.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Solution for this topic
It is W3 Total Cache plugin issue used on your site.
I disabled the plugin and the menu started working fine.
Please contact W3 Total Cache plugin support to resolve the issue.
No, we don’t have any CSS code to achieve it so you have to try using Yellow Pencil editor as described above.
Therefore is it possible that color of the dots or arrows automatically adjust to the color of the image?
It is very complex thing and is only achievable with extreme coding so it is not possible.
You have to adjust your images color to suit them or we can change color of dots developing custom CSS code but it would be same for all images and not based on image color.
Hi @kally,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems you are getting HTTP 500 Internal Server Error on your site.
You can resolve the 500 internal server error as described in the following page.

Hi @bodega88,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I logged into your shared site and saw you are using the outdated version of PHP as displayed in the attached screenshot so please update it to latest version by contacting your web host.
You are only installed Jevelin theme on your site so when you delete it using FTP then there isn’t any theme available on your site causing the issue.
To avoid this please make sure you have installed at least one default theme such as Twenty Seventeen on your site.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @azi,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This is happening because you have used masonry style for your blog page which displays like this.
You can change the style by editing your blog page as displayed in the attached screenshot.

Solution for this topic
Hi Kristy,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Updating the theme doesn’t overwrite the changes you have made in the theme settings but it overwrites the changes made in the theme files if any.
You can update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Hi @alinajenon,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I logged into your shared site and saw this is all happening because you have not configured WooCommerce checkout and other pages on your site as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure that you have configured the WooCommerce plugin settings correctly or contact the WooCommerce plugin support to get help to configure it.
Best regards,
