Could you please share me the page URLs from your site where it is working and where it is not working so that I can troubleshoot it?
Please make sure you have enabled them in the screen options and they will display fine in the classic editor as shown in the attached screenshots.
Solution for this topic
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container header.primary-desktop { height: auto !important; }
It seems this is happening because you have created that page using Unyson page builder and now trying to edit it using Visual page builder which is causing this problem.
You have to use only one page builder when creating the page and then you can’t switch to other page builder.
Your site home page is created using Unyson page builder so please use the same Unyson page builder to edit it.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @Arobreizh,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please contact the plugin developer to know exactly why it is not working so that we can help you?

Hi Sofia,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes they are compatible with WordPress 5.0. You have to just use classic editor to use other page builders as described in the below pages.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
I logged into your site and could edit your site home page as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Could you please share me the screenshot of the issue?
You can label it as displayed below.
/* Changes header navigation link hover color */ .sh-nav li.current-menu-item > a, .sh-nav li.current-menu-parent > a { color: #b8f55a!important; }
Solution for this topic

Hi @pzl,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems from your shared screenshot that you are referring to titlebar that you can change from Appearance > Theme Settings > Titlebar or by editing the page and using page header settings as displayed in the attached screenshot.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Are you referring to Back To Top button?
If yes then you can enable it from theme settings as displayed in the attached screenshots.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
To troubleshoot it I tried to log into your shared site but getting the below error message.
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
Please make sure that the shared user account is admin user on the site.
Alternatively, you can change active navigation color by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-nav li.current-menu-item > a, .sh-nav li.current-menu-parent > a { color: #b8f55a!important; }

Thank you for sharing the site credentials but you didn’t share your site URL so I can’t access it.
You can change active navigation color from theme styling settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
Also, if you look at the menu, the menu itself is sticky, but the top bar is not. How do I make the top bar menu sticky as well so its always seen? This is a client request.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
