Please try clearing and temporary disabling the hummingbird cache that you are using on your site.
If it doesn’t work for you then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

The PHP version is set on the web server that you are using to host your site so please contact your web host to update it to the latest version.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
It seems from your shared error message that the Unyson plugin is already installed on your site but still you are trying to install it causing the error.
Please remove the existing Unyson plugin if you want to reinstall it.

I don’t see that! I tried importing a sample theme – now I need to be able to insert my own header in that. But can you please help me?
Do you mean your own header of header logo image?
If you mean header logo image then I have already explained you above how to change it from theme settings.
If you want to change whole header then please make sure you are using below latest version of theme and change it as displayed in the attached screenshots.

You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
