I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

It is happening because you have added custom padding to the text content element as shown in the attached screenshot so please remove it by editing the page and text content element created by visual page builder.

Please try changing above shared custom CSS code as following.
#wrapper > .sh-page-layout-full .page-default-content { padding-top: 0 !important; }It’s really weird.
Please make sure you have disabled your browser extensions and If possible, please test it on different iPad or on a different browser than chrome and safari browsers.

To display it on your site main domain, you have to set that page as homepage in your site Reading settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please update the Jevelin theme on your shared site to the below latest version.
This can be child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
Also please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following pages.

I logged into your shared site and confirmed the issue.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.
Sure we will consider this to be developed in the future version of theme.
