Hi @dgsmith,
Thank you for your questions.
The home page slider is tiny on mobile. Is there a function to allow image scaling to make it larger on mobile? Also, the text which is over the image is terribly small for mobile. What can be done?
To achieve this, you have to make changes in the slider in responsive mode by referring the information provided in the below pages.
https://www.themepunch.com/faq/slider-revolution-responsive-tutorial-5-0/
https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/
Second: There is a very large gap underneath the slider and above the car element which is simply white space — the ‘Services’ area is completely missing on mobile. I guess it’s where the huge empty white space currently shows up. How is this fixed?
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
@media (max-width: 800px){ section#services { visibility: visible !important; } }

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?
You are most welcome here 🙂
The Jevelin theme is working fine in subdomains/subfolders without any issue. I am not sure exactly why the unyson plugin doesn’t work for you in subdomains/subfolders for you.

Hi @dgsmith,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You don’t have to use iframe code from snazzymaps but just its styling code as described in the video shared in the below page.

Hi @Wetmoose,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
I saw a notice about updating my PHP version but i’ve no idea how to do that. Any ideas?
You have to contact your web host to update it.
I would like to have a 3 column footer like the example shown. Right now my settings are at 3 columns but how do I figure out how to stack things the way I would like them. So for example, right now my 3 columns are Contact, Disclosure and Privacy Policy but I would like to have those stacked in one column on the far left while I have About in the middle column and something else in the far right column.
The widgets in the Footer Widgets area are stacked in the following order.
123
456
789
So if you want to display anything in the single column then they should be the number 147 or 258 or 369 but If you don’t have anything to add then you can just add empty text widget to increase the numbers.

Hi Urs,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is not a template but demo content that you can import on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.

You don’t need to know anything about thumbnails, just regenerate it using following plugin.
Part of my problem with fixing things using Yellow Pencil, is Yellow Pencil is unresponsive
Yes it is responsive and you have to make changes in responsive mode as described in the following page.
https://waspthemes.com/yellow-pencil/documentation/#responsive-tool
I don’t have any “backup of CSS code” I don’t know what that means
Backup means creating copy of the chages made using Yellow Pencil editor which you can do as described in the following page.
https://waspthemes.com/yellow-pencil/documentation/#export-css-data
I never wrote any custom code, all I have done is insert the overwrite code I was given.
Actually, when you make any changes on your site using Yellow Pencil editor then in the background it generates custom code.
I want:
the main header with my company name to appear first
When user starts to scroll, I want the header to get a little smaller and my logo to change to just the little crawdad icon
That’s it.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Yes many users faced this issue which was their site specific.
For your site, it is related to accessing admin-ajax.php file which is forbidden.
Please make sure the file is not restricted in firewall or any such services.
Also is it possible for you to remove 2020 from your site URL which may be causing the issue.
I have just tested it on your site now and it is working fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Is the issue resolved?
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
ok

Actually, Tables are not responsive by default and you have to make them responsive using any of the solutions shared in the following pages.
https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/resources/responsive-tables-in-wordpress
Then could you please try disabling tablepress plugin?
Solution for this topic
Hi Daniel,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems the posts display for me without logging into your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
Also please clear the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your site and use the below latest version of theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file

Solution for this topic
Hi Kevin,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure that you have set larger image for each variation.
If it doesn’t help then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?
