Hi @WendyM,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure you have installed and activated slider revolution plugin bundled with the theme and then import the demo content.
Best regards,

@Richard_gva Please try using the solution shared in the above reply?
If the issue still persists for you then to help us keep support thread separates could you please create your own thread for your question instead of replying on others thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
Solution for this topic
@aaronharch I added Google Maps API key in the Google Maps content element option as shown in the attached screenshot and it started working fine.
Could you please confirm it?
Then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?
Hi @kikebadillense,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
My website is a Onepage, when I click on a section, the screen scrolls but I need the section to be marked with a different color when I am in it.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
I also want that when the menu is in the top it is transparent, but when it goes down it is white. I have tried it in the Styling section but it is always transparent, besides the background in the top is not completed with the image.
Could you please tell me how you want it to display?
Also could you please share me your site URL where it’s displaying so that I can help you?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You can see the link is opening fine in new tab for other banners such as Elegant theme banner displayed in the sidebar so it is kwfinder banner specific issue so they should resolve it as other banners are working fine.
Currently the Unyson plugin Image Gallery content element doesn’t display captions of images.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

Solution for this topic
Hi @amyers1202,
Thank you for your question.
It is displayed for sticky posts.
If you don’t want to display it for sticky posts then you can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
article i.post-sticky.icon-pin { display: none; }

Hi @anne76,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is a post thumbnail image and the captions only display for the images added in the post content.

Hi Jeroen,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s displaying so that I can help you to hide it?
Also you can hide it yourself by using Yellow Pencil editor plugin as described in the following page.

Please make sure you have enabled following two APIs in Google API settings.
I have tested it on my test site and it is working fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure you are using latest versions of theme and plugins.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.
Hi Steve,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
It is not a theme issue but your WordPress site specific issue.
You can fix “server could not connect to database” issue as described in the following pages.

You are most welcome here 🙂
If it doesn’t work for you then could you please click on the “Can not find the location?” link and add address there as shown in the attached screenshots?
I was not getting it because of adblocker installed on the site.
I saw it after disabling adblocker.
You have to contact kwfinder site which you have used in the anchor href to make it only open in new window.
Hi @offgrid,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The theme doesn’t odder responsive mobile menu but there isn’t any options for it.
