Solution for this topic
I resolved the issue on your site using below custom CSS code.
.sh-revslider, .rev_slider_wrapper { min-height: 150px; }
Could you please confirm it?
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
You are most welcome here 🙂
I have tested it on chrome browser and it is working fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure you are using latest version of browser or try using different browser on mobile.
I logged into your site and saw the Swift Performance Lite plugin that you are using on your site was causing the issue so I just cleared the cache in the plugin settings and site started working fine.
Could you please confirm whether it also works fine for you?
Also after making any changes on your site, please make sure to clear Swift Performance Lite cache.

I could log into your site and saw the image was set as background but not displaying in the settings so I just added new image as background image and removed it.
Could you please confirm whether the background image also got removed for you?

Hi @hagercreative,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Best regards,

As shared in the above reply, you have to follow the instructions as described in the below page.
Glad it is working fine for you now 🙂
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
Solution for this topic
@Nerina You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
span.post-meta-author { display: none; }
If you want to remove whole post meta then please use the below CSS code.
.post-meta-data.sh-columns { display: none; }
After using CSS code please clear the cache used on your site.

Hi @waz69,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Gillion theme.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?
