    Hi Shufflehound,

Thanks for looking into this. I realize now what I should have done. I worked on the laptop, so I tried to change the height from what the UI shown as a laptop, not the one you just changed (UI shown as Desktop). That’s why it did not appear to respond to my change. Sorry for the confusion.

Btw, how can I revoke the private info I provided per ”

After issue is fixed, please change/revoke any given access data” Or I have to change my site access data on my end?

    Cheers,

    Tana.

    Hello Shufflehound team,

Thanks for the reply. I provided the login and password per your request. Would you mind taking a look at it on both the desktop and the laptop screen? I really appreciate your offer to look further into this.

    Hi again,

First, I think I found the source of the white gap. It has something to do with cache. Once I clear it with a cache plug-in, the header is no longer has that white gap.

Regarding the issue I previously post on this thread  (play/voice control panel went too far below the bottom edge of the screen), I tried to fix the height of the header several times with the video link you provided

    https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/video-layers/

It didn’t work. not sure why. the bottom of the header won’t move up no matter how small the custom height I put. Also, I was trying to fix this problem in Yellow Pencil instead. I lifted up the play/voice control panel by adding the bottom margin to the div. It worked on Yellow pencil, but after I saved, and refresh the homepage again, the play/voice panel is still at the bottom of the slide (below the bottom edge of the screen) Would you please take a look into this and let me know how I can solve the problem.

    Hello Shufflehound support,

Thanks for your reply, I do not think that it’s a browser specific issue because that same browser works perfectly when I open your Jevelin website. I’ve reattached image 4 from the previous post again to show you. Both my website header and Jevelin site header use Slider Revolution. So if it’s a browser specific, then it should show the same white gap when open the Jevelin site as well. Would you please let me what is the specific thing you do on the Jevelin header on your site that I may have missed.

Per @Jive post. It prompted me to check my plug-in. And it looks like the slider I have is not the latest version. However, when I check the plug-in update page, there is no Slider Revolution available. (See attached photos)

Is it true (Per @Jive) that I have to pay to update to the latest Slider Revolution? I only bought this theme for about a month. Should the upgrade support last longer than a month or so? Please clarify.

    Cheers,

    Hi there,

Thank you so much for your reply. I tested it on Chrome, Safari, iOS safari, and mobile Chrome. All of them has the same white gap. Please see the attached photos.

The first one is a portrait format on my iphone. The second is the landscape format on my iphone. The third and fourth are on my laptop.

On the laptop, the full-screen mode looks great. But when I try to resize the browser down a bit more, the white gap starts to show. It also happen the same way when I tried the responsive layout on Yellow Pencil.

And image 4 just to confirm that the Jevelin slide should go to edge without a white gap when resizing down the browser frame.

Can you please take a look and let me know how I can fix this?

    Cheers,

    Tana

    Hi there,

Thanks for the quick reply. I’m developing the site on my computer and have not uploaded it to the server yet. Not sure how I can send the link. It will be done in a week or so. I will send you the link then. Hope that’s ok.

I will work on the autoplay issue and let you know how it goes.

    Cheers,

    Tana
