Sorry for multiple posts, as I’m unable to edit my original posts.
I have decided to create a header within Elementor to use/test out on my pages. It is very similar to Header 10. I set this Elementor header to be the header for the following page only. https://greatjoy.org/sandbox2021/resources/
I turned off the jevelin header for that page, and I can see that the Elementor header is not loading the navigation menu correctly. The mega menu isn’t loading, and neither is the drop down menus.
Is there a way to deactivate, or “shut off” the jevelin header so that it’s not conflicting with the Elementor headers? I’m ok if that means all of my headers need to be Elementor headers.

I see my above question area is filled with all sorts of weird code, So I’m going to retype what I originally wrote.
I have Header-10 as my default header. On pages that use all the default settings of the header, I would like the entire background of the header to be light grey (ececec)

As you can see in my screenshot, I changed the color settings for the Header Background and the Titlebar background, but I can see that the background behind the navigation bar is still white on the sides. Is there a setting to change that as well, or do we need to add CSS Code?
I noticed that if I change the background color of the entire site, to the grey color it changes behind the navigation bar, however I’d like the content area background to be remain white, and I see on mobile it is not white when I do that. Please advise!
Disregard Number 3. I figured it out!!!
I’ve renamed my “Portfolio Title” section to be “Small Groups” within the theme settings under Titlebar.
I have 3 questions:

When I go to the single project view – for example this page: https://greatjoy.org/sandbox2021/project/dream-big/
I can see that the url is set to project/dream-big, when I’d rather it to be small-groups/dream-big.

On that same page, the breadcrumbs in the title bar says >Portfolio > Dream Big when I’d rather it be > Small Groups > Dream Big

How can I change the color behind the Header Navigation Bar to be the same grey color as the header and the Titlebar?

I have a plugin installed called Modern Events Calendar. I noticed that the single event page has a different header that what I have for the rest of the the site. I can’t figure out how to change that look.

Screenshots show the home page with the correct header that shows on all other pages, and the events page with a different header.

You can close this ticket. I moved to a different hosting, after much trouble with their support. I’m now with BlueHost, and had no troubles installing the demo. Thank you.
I went ahead and installed a FRESH wordpress site without installing any other plugins. I installed the Jevelin Theme, and installed all required plugins, and a few of the suggested plugins. NO other outside plugins. Ran Demo Import for Education (Unyson Builder).
It ran for a longer time (about 20 seconds) and then gave me this error:
An error occurred while fetching file from: https://api.shufflehound.com/jevelin/ocdi_files/education/education_content.xml!
Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.shufflehound.com port 443: Connection timed out.I’ve attached an image so you can see the error as well.

I tried all the steps, and if you go to step 4, they are asking to contact the support for the specific theme, because it happened within your theme.
Please include the below information:
- the browsers that you are experiencing the problem in
- Tried in both Firefox and chrome
- whether SCRIPT_DEBUG fixed the error or not
- Debug did not fix the problem
- the JavaScript error
- the location of the error – both the file name and the line number
- the context of the error – including the whole error stack will help developers
- I’ve attached a photo of the error code
In my understanding this is something with the code on your end. Nothing to do with my hosting. I just paid another $40 so that I could have access to support again for this theme, and I’m hoping you can actually help me with the problem, as I’ve done as much research as I can, with my limited knowledge of ajax.

I’ve attached another screen shot. In WPBakery, when I click the template button, the Jevelin Templates are all listed, but all say 0 and are empty. Is there a reason for this?
