    Hi again,

     

    I have installed the social count widgets for instagram and facebook.

    Was right when installed, but now the followers number has not been updated.

    How can I do so!

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Please make sure the Widget demo mode is disabled as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    If you are using cache on your site then clear it.

     

    Also please share me your site and facebook page URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it.

    Hi there,

     

    I just checked and the demo mode is off. I just cleaned all the caches, facebook has been update, but instagram not.

    Here is the website and the instragram account.
