When loading my site on a phone (mobile), the revolution slider does not slide up when using your finger to go to the next sets of content.
You need to slide on the header or the content below the slider, on the slider itself it seems to just ignore your input.
Hi @NTribe,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that you had activated the Slider Revolution plugin when importing the demo content and the slider is created in Slider Revolution after importing the demo.

The first one on the pictures above. The sliders are created with slider revolution plugin. As i said the problem appeared after the theme was updated from version 4.6.0 to 4.6.2.
Yes it works fine and it is a theme issue. After the theme update with slider revolution to the latest version the problem started… I have build my site with unison builder, that is not updated from months…i dont know if this problem is related with unison framework. Please can you fix these problem soon? Thank you for your support!
HI @thomaslek,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can use the Slider Revolution plugin that comes with the Jevelin theme and can be installed from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

I have followed the advice on this forum for general issue with the Revolution Slider:
In the latest major Slider Revolution plugin version there are a lot of changes and now for some users the slides won’t load without enabling one option.
If the slides won’t load please go to:
Site admin panel
In the left admin side click on Slider Revolution
Go to Globals tab
Turn on Include libraries globally option
Click on Save Global Settings
But it didn’t help
I’ve come back to my site after 6 months and the slider revolution is no longer showing at the top of the homepage.
I am getting the following error message in lieu of it:
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
I have been able to follow step 1. But do not understand step 2 (find the double jquery.js)
Can you help please?
Thank you

I tried your child theme, and it still does the same thing…empty alt tag. I tried to see what was different in your child theme after that but found out that they had exactly the same code.
It seems that the Unyson framework does not look for the child overwrites, but only looks for shortcodes in the parent theme folders.
When it didn’t work I tried to check if it could be any plugins that could cause a conflict with the theme code. The plugins I have installed are:
I even tried deactivating Yoast SEO and it still had the same issue.
I guess it’s ok for now that I modify the parent theme as long as it works.

Hi guys,
thanks for coming back to me so quickly. On the title page everything works fine. I use there a Slider Revolution. However on the pages services and new.ai it happens. There is no Slider Revolution but simply a background image of the first row.
Thanks in advance,
Simon
Hi Anna,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
Sorry to tell you but we can’t selectively import the slider revolution template as we have to import whole demo content which creates posts and pages.
You can only restore the original template If you have a backup of your website having old template.
You can just import the whole demo content on any of your staging or development or testing site and then refer it to create the same on your live site.

Hi there,
I have just accidentally overwritten the beautiful revolution slider template which came with my ‘basic’ jevelin demo install.
I have 2 questions..
Many thanks in advance,
Anna
Hi @NTribe,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is created using the layer in the slider revolution slider so you have to edit the slider change it.

I’ve tried it with ONLY Unyson and WPBakery activated and the problem persists.
I’ve also tried it with Slider Revolution both on and off.
FYI I was on WPBakery 6.0.5 before updating to 6.1.
You have to use any other image slider plugin or Revolution slider to display text below slider images.
I followed your process to update Jevelin (and WP Bakery + Revolution slider through it), but it is not functioning, neither downloading :

I can’t update WP Bakery, I can’t update Revolution slider
Could you help me please ?
Hi,
I need to put a webpage (ie. homepage of http://bing.com) into a section on homepage of our web site. I tried write <iframe src=”http://bing.com” /> to a Output HTML section, the outside webpage will appear, but all other sections on homepage disappeared. All I need is put a page into a section, like a Revolution Slider instance, full width and full screen height.
Does anyone know about this?
I am in the same boat, I update to WP 5.3.2 today and WP bakery is not showing up and my website configuration is completely out of wake.
I don’t know what to do, all the content is spread across the page without any real order.
please help!
My slider revolution is not working now either.
