Nearly all of your themes incorporate a revolution slider that has a button. Has not anybody in this community tried to add a pop up button to it? I wanted to reach out yo shufflehound support first since I believed that somebody has already figured this out. I doubt I’ll have access to revolution slider forums.

    Hi @tonysawah,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

To achieve this, you have to contact the support of either Revolution Slider or Ninja Forms.

    Hi support,

We are having issues with the mobile responsiveness of the revolution slider. Please see the attached screenshots. We would like to remove the extra black space around the slider in the mobile version. We tried reducing the slider height in the layout settings for mobile but it just chopped the image a bit.

Could you help us make this look good?

    Best Regards,

    German

    Hi @cjvanrooyen82,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I could confirm the issue on your shared site.

Please try setting Slider Revolution option “Touch Enabled” to off as described in the below page.

When loading my site on a phone (mobile), the revolution slider does not slide up when using your finger to go to the next sets of content.

You need to slide on the header or the content below the slider, on the slider itself it seems to just ignore your input.

    Hi @NTribe,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Please make sure that you had activated the Slider Revolution plugin when importing the demo content and the slider is created in Slider Revolution after importing the demo.

The first one on the pictures above. The sliders are created with slider revolution plugin. As i said the problem appeared after the theme was updated from version 4.6.0 to 4.6.2.

Yes it works fine and it is a theme issue. After the theme update with slider revolution to the latest version the problem started… I have build my site with unison builder, that is not updated from months…i dont know if this problem is related with unison framework. Please can you fix these problem soon? Thank you for your support!

    HI @thomaslek,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You can use the Slider Revolution plugin that comes with the Jevelin theme and can be installed from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

I have followed the advice on this forum for general issue with the Revolution Slider:

In the latest major Slider Revolution plugin version there are a lot of changes and now for some users the slides won’t load without enabling one option.

If the slides won’t load please go to:

    1. Site admin panel

    2. In the left admin side click on Slider Revolution

    3. Go to Globals tab

    4. Turn on Include libraries globally option

    5. Click on Save Global Settings

    But it didn’t help

I’ve come back to my site after 6 months and the slider revolution is no longer showing at the top of the homepage.

I am getting the following error message in lieu of it:

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

    To fix it you can:
    1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
    2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

I have been able to follow step 1. But do not understand step 2 (find the double jquery.js)

    Can you help please?

    Thank you

I tried your child theme, and it still does the same thing…empty alt tag. I tried to see what was different in your child theme after that but found out that they had exactly the same code.

It seems that the Unyson framework does not look for the child overwrites, but only looks for shortcodes in the parent theme folders.

When it didn’t work I tried to check if it could be any plugins that could cause a conflict with the theme code. The plugins I have installed are:

    • Contact Form 7
    • Slider Revolution
    • Unyson
    • WPBakery Page Builder
    • Yoast SEO

I even tried deactivating Yoast SEO and it still had the same issue.

I guess it’s ok for now that I modify the parent theme as long as it works.

    Hi guys,

thanks for coming back to me so quickly. On the title page everything works fine. I use there a Slider Revolution. However on the pages services and new.ai it happens. There is no Slider Revolution but simply a background image of the first row.

    Thanks in advance,

    Simon

    Hi Anna,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

Sorry to tell you but we can’t selectively import the slider revolution template as we have to import whole demo content which creates posts and pages.

You can only restore the original template If you have a backup of your website having old template.

You can just import the whole demo content on any of your staging or development or testing site and then refer it to create the same on your live site.

    Hi there,

I have just accidentally overwritten the beautiful revolution slider template which came with my ‘basic’ jevelin demo install.

    I have 2 questions..

    1. Is there any way to revert back to the original slider revolution temple which came with the ‘basic’ jevelin theme without overwriting any changes I’ve made to the rest of the site, I only want the original slider back which came with the theme, I fear if i re install the demo it will strip out all of the edits I’ve made to rest of the homepage?
    2. I also love the slider used in the ‘shop’ demo, am I able to also install that slider revolution template without making changes to the rest of my site just to see which header I prefer?

    Many thanks in advance,

    Anna

    Hi @NTribe,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

It is created using the layer in the slider revolution slider so you have to edit the slider change it.

I am trying to find a way to reduce the title bar height for page id 875 only  to a max height of 400px since my slider revolution height max=400px.

    Thanks!

I’ve tried it with ONLY Unyson and WPBakery activated and the problem persists.

I’ve also tried it with Slider Revolution both on and off.

FYI I was on WPBakery 6.0.5 before updating to 6.1.
