    Hi, I have a short, simple (I think) question. Is there a way to use Slider Revolution addons (like snow, particles)? Because have them all blocked :/ When I want to install them, this appears: Register Slider Revolution to Unlock Premium Features

    Hi @xsp,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Slider not displaying after theme and demo install.

    Please make sure that you have installed and activated the slider revolution plugin from Appearance -> Install Plugins before importing the demo content.

     

    If it is still not working then could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?

     

    Also, what is the difference between demo with unyson?

    The theme provides demo content creating using Unyson page builder and WPBakery page builder so you can import any of the demo content that you are comfortable with.

    I have seen a couple of posts on here about this problem and online in general on other themes. However, I am unable to fix mine.

     

    On older safari browsers we are getting the following error:

     

    Oops…

     

    You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the Slider Revolution files js inclusion.

    To fix this you can: 1: Set ‘Module General Options’ -> ‘JQuery & OutPut Filters; -> ‘Put JS to Body’ to on

    2: Find the double JQuery.js inclusion and remove it

     

    Now, we have set on revolution to footer js to ON

    I have deactivated every plugin and it is still not fixed.

     

    I have used the delete cache plugin as well and still get this error.

     

    We are using the Jevelin Theme.

     

    Please can anyone help?

    Hello,

    thank you for this great theme!

    I have a small issue that my header is not shown on my homepage when I enter for the first time the website, when I scroll up and down it will be shown. But of course I want it to be shown right away.

    Is it because the Slider Revolution Scene?

    Dear Support Team,
    I found another option of your theme:

    Jevelin > Intall Plugins > Update

    I made both plugin updates via this option. Now WP Backery is fine and in the latest version. Slider revolution still in Version 6.1.3

    It is not urgend and all sliders still working fine. Let me know if there is anything else to do…

    Dear Support Team,
    I am sure you have been asked this 1000 times but I can not find any entries in the support forum. I downloaded the latest Jevelin Theme Update today and installed. But still my Plugins Revolution Slider and WP Backery are not updated?

    I thought it will be automatically updated to latest version with the theme?

    I also tried to install the latest revolution Slider version as single Plugin installer from another theme which is delivering these plugins as extra installer but it does not seam to work.

    I also treid to update via Envato Market+Envato Toolkit Plugins…

    What do I do wrong?
    Please help.

    You are using the slider of the Slider Revolution plugin and you can change its size as described in the below page.

    Could you please make sure that the site is accessible or tell me how you have created the slider by sharing its screenshot?

     

    Is it created using Slider revolution plugin or any other way?

    Yes, you can add revolution slider on this page but I am not sure what you mean t by “without a rebuild” so could you please explain it?

     

    how do I edit the text above the testing 123 “HOME” text where is that?

    You can change it from the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

    Three questions?

     

    1. How do you change the blog home page text?  “more waters to explore”  main text overlay on that picture? See attached
    2. Can you help me to just rebuild this Blog page in the best easiest editor? Is that possible to rebuild this page so I can edit it using the editor you recommend?
    3. I would like to insert a revolution slider to rotate pictures here with text captions, is this possible without rebuilding the entire page?

    If I look at my page (munozgc.com) on a screen with resolution of 1366*768 the header bar appears to cover the slider revolution slides.

    You can achieve the same thing by shrinking the page in a window on even a high resolution monitor. Please help?! How do I fix this

    Now preview work but now there is another issue, when I updated revolution slider through jevelin I had an error and now no more slider plugin. When I try to install it again it says: the folder already exist.

    No, you won’t lose your work as it is saved in the database.

    yes I activated it when I imported the demo and yes it’s created in the dashboard.  It’s still not rendering in the site.

    Could you please share me the screenshot of the dashboard where the slider is created and used in the page?

    It showing the entire home page, the template as blank.

    As said above, your site home page is created using the Unyson page builder and you can only edit it using the same page builder so the WPBakery page editor won’t display any content of the page created using Unyson page builder.

     

    Please edit the page using Unyson page builder and not WPBakery page editor.

    The site I’m trying to use the slider on is asking for an activation code, one was not provided when I downloaded the file.

    If you have not purchased slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not activate that plugin.

    To use the plugin you don’t need activation code, you can just install and activate the plugin from Appearance -> Install Plugins

     

    I would like to have this resolved soon, this has been on going for several weeks now.

    To resolve it soon, would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    Thank you for sharing the site URL.

     

     The slider on the home page is not loading

    Had you activated the slider revolution plugin when importing the demo data?

     

    Is the slider created in the admin area of your site in slider revolution plugin settings?

     

    & when I go to edit the site in the WPBakery page editor it says the page is blank.

    Before importing the demo content, please make sure that you have activated the required plugins such as WooCommerce, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page builder etc. from Appearance -> Install Plugins
