I can see the video is allowed to autoplay and as described in the below page all videos that are set to autoplay will be muted automatically due to new browser restrictions.

So to resolve the issue, please try disabling the video autoplay.

The button on the slider doesn’t resize with the slider and gets cut off on mobile. How can we resize the button automatically on mobile as well?

There is a white space between the slider and the top of the page where the menu is. Could we remove this space?

You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

The shop’s logo on the upper left hand corner doesn’t show on mobile only on desktop. How can we get it to show on mobile as well?

Does the slider work fine in the admin area in slider revolution settings?

We are also having issues with the revolution slider. Slides do not appear or appear in the background, not the actual slides.

There is a grey hover shadow over my templates I want completely removed. In front end editor – row & column I went to Extra tab and the shadow is disabled. This still seems to occur.

I am not sure which shadow you are referring to so could you please share the screenshot of it?

Also, my revolution slider images are not appearing in the slides. They show up in the background on the top of the page.
