The text that reads “Jevelin” in bold font on the left side of the navigation bar at the very top of the page. What’s strange is that I’ve been able to edit the navigation menu itself in the menus section of my dashboard, but not this “Jevelin” text. (image attached so you can see what I mean)
This is theme logo that you can change from the theme Header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
The section directly below the navigation that features an image of cell phones/air pod with the text “Time to Create Your Startup Website. (image attached ) I’d like to change the image and write my own text.
It is a slider created using slider revolution plugin so you can edit it from the slider revolution plugin settings as described in the below pages.

I hope you’re doing great. Javelin is a great theme, love using it.
However, I’ve encountered one visual issue: There’s empty white space right below the header/menu and before the contents of the page.
I tried to switch on and off setting in theme options under “header”, “titlebar”, “styling” and “general” to no avail.
It also doesn’t look like a problem with “Slider Revolution”, which I’ve read in other posts, often caused the issue. I have this space even on pages without the slider.
Could you please help me? Let me know if you need something.

Thanks for the reply. I put the site URL in the private information field. All of the required plugins (including Unyson) had already been installed, updated, and activated. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the demo content for the page I was working from (Fitness) and it works now under certain conditions.
If I make changes by going to appearance>theme settings it will actually update now. However, if I try to make the same changes via the customize tab, there is no effect. Before I uninstalled and reinstalled, it didn’t matter where I was trying to make changes, none of them had any effect.
I should note that I disabled all of the plugins except Brizy, One Click Demo Import, Slider Revolution, Unyson, and WPBakery Page Builder for the second install.

I logged into your shared site and reinstalled the slider revolution plugin that made the slider work.
Could you please confirm it?

These are slider revolution plugin related questions so please ask them to the plugin support.
I also noticed that wp bakery is not showing live updates in the front end while i make changes.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Contact form and yellow pencil do not work as well on my website. It says ” you are not allowed to visit this page” or the editor takes forever to load

While the page is loading, there is a black screen behind the main slider on the home page. I’ve taken a screenshot of it for your reference.
I’d like it to be white like the rest of the site. Right now it looks out of place.
I tried changing the background color with yellow pencil, but that didn’t work.

Hi we only made the sliders in Slider revolution, and then added the slider in the backend, and published (se attached images)
I tried to delet the slider now and then added again, but the slider area is still pink.
I have tried adding revolution slider to a new page and it works absolutely fine.
Same with my header (as per my other thread).
There is something on my homepage stopping the slider from showing properly and my header colour changes etc. from showing.
Could it be something to do with the theme I’ve imported and used as my homepage?
Something somewhere is overiding my changes – but only on the homepage.

I’m having some big problems with my header on my homepage.
As well as my revolution slider still having big white padded areas above and below the slider, any changes that I make to my header are not working.
The only thing that works is if I put in an image as a background.
No matter what I change the colours to, it stays in white – you can see this from the screenshot below.
It works fine on other pages, <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>it is just the homepage.</span>
There has got to be something on the homepage somewhere that is messing up my slider and header settings.

We haven´t done anything to make it pink. We added the images in the Slider Revolution, just like any other sliders and it worked fine when we made it. We just checked our page today and saw that the two pages had a pink area where the slider is supposed to be.
Its strange because the slider works just fine on the frontpage, and on the contact us page. Im actually not sure why the to pages become pink.

The Slider Revolution will not work on two of our pages. The area where the slider is supposed to be becomes pink, and the slider isn´t showing (see attached screenshots)

The same happens with the WP Bakery page.
All I’ve done on the screenshot below is import the bakery data and change the height of the revolution slider, and again there’s big white gaps above and below that previously would have been filled by a bigger slider.

My slider on the mobile version of my site is totally out of place.
There is another “I” behind “<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>I</span>NCREASE” – it should say “I INCREASE PROFITS”
“PROFITS” is the wrong colour.
The bolded text has shrunk in size.
And the button is in totally the wrong place.
How can I configure it so that it looks the way it does on the desktop version?

I’v just realised that this may be linked to another ticket.
The header may be transparent but the reason it is showing as white is because the homepage “thinks” there is a full size revolution slider there – but it’s not.
So it’s actually the white background on the revolution slider, not the header.
I really need to get rid of those white spaces above and below, I’ve tried added the custom CSS below and it made no difference.

If you have not purchased slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not activate that plugin and use its templates.

I’ve amended the size of my slider in slider revolution, but it looks like the site “thinks” it’s still full size as it’s displaying with white space above and below.
I’ve looked at all the settings on my homepage and I have no padding or borders that I can see would cause this.
