    Hello guys good afternoon I’m having trouble building the “author” page inside WPBakery when using Gillion elements. The first element referring to adm appears normally, however the others are never applied. Would it be possible to verify? Thanks. https://somosplurall.com.br

    Strange as it is working just fine for us.

    Did you try to insert both user ID and username?

    I did all the correct configuration, but the website doesn’t display the information. I updated the theme, I checked an error with a plugin and I didn’t find anything

    I forwarded my website access data privately. Did they check the problem with the page referring to “author”?

    Looks like that we can’t find your email, but it seems that this issue can be fixed by using the user ID as the user identificator instead of the user name.

    Here will be a guide on how to get the user ID.
