Our Google Map is working fine if we add multiple locations, but when there is only one location, the map does not load and errors are produced in the console when you try and zoom. The error in the console is…
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘zoom’ of null

Hi @Liventus,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I can see you are using an older version of the theme on your shared site so could you please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
We have updated the theme per your request, but the issue persists.
I don’t see any errors on your site now.
Could you please share the screenshots of the Google map element settings so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also, please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your website.
The same issue is happening. See the map right above the footer at the bottom of the page. I will attached a screenshot of that area along with the Developer Tool console after I try to zoom/scroll on the map.
Cache plugin was flushed and disabled now.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Please see details…
Thank you for sharing the site credentials but I can’t access your website login screen as I am getting an error “403 – Forbidden: Access is denied.”.
Please make sure that it is accessible so that I can help you.
My IP address is 122.170.182.157
Your IP address has now been whitelisted. Please try again.
I can access it now.
I troubleshoot it on your website and saw it is not working because of the below error.
Geocoding Service: This API project is not authorized to use this API. For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
You can resolve it as described below.

It appears something may have changed in our account since yesterday as this error was not being throwing previously. I will debug and get back to you when we have it resolved to the point where you can test the issue I ran into earlier. Thanks!
Ok
