    Hi there,

The Haste theme doesn’t upgrade. It gets stuck in a loop.

    Video in attachment.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. The video link isn’t working – could you please re-upload it?

In the meantime, try updating manually by downloading the latest theme version from your ThemeForest account under “Downloads” and uploading it via your WordPress dashboard. Let us know if you need assistance!

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

This is pretty crappy support. Can you guys accelerate? I raised an issue 13 days ago.

    Hello,

I’m really sorry for the delay. We’ve been investigating the issue and found that the problem was related to a bug when using the child theme. The good news is that the bug should be fixed, and we’ve uploaded the updated version!

Let us know if that worked! 🙂

If needed, we’ve attached the beta version below:

    Hi there,

    1. There’s no option to create a ticket if you’re a customer of Haste.
    2. I’d like to use the Pricing table and FAQ at the bottom of this page: https://haste.shufflehound.com/elements/pricing-table/ How would I go about doing that? How can I copy or re-use these modules as is?

    Thanks,

    Etienne

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Regarding the support form, could you please share a screenshot of the bottom section of this page: https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/forum/haste-theme/? This will help us understand where the issue might be. Additionally, we recommend temporarily disabling any ad-blockers, as they can sometimes interfere with form visibility.

For the Pricing Table and FAQ:
We recommend using the Haste Element Library, which is accessible within the Elementor page builder. You’ll find it at the bottom of the page editor. This library allows you to easily import pre-designed elements and customize them for your needs.

Let us know if you need further assistance! 🙂

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

That’s not what I’d like to do. I want to copy the existing ones from your examples to start from there. How can I do that?

    Thanks,

    Etienne

    Hello,

    Thank you for clarifying!

You’re absolutely right – the link for the Haste was missing earlier. It should now be added.

The Haste Element Library is designed to help you do exactly that: it allows you to directly add the sections we’ve showcased, like the Pricing Table and FAQ, to your page. Simply open the Elementor page builder, scroll to the bottom, click on Haste Library icon, and select the sections you want to include.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound Team

Clicking “Edit with Elementor” alone shouldn’t cause the entire website to crash. Did you make any changes before this happened, such as installing new plugins, updating WordPress, or something else?

This is basic Elementor functionality, and we haven’t heard of cases where it would crash the entire website.

Is the admin panel still accessible?

Yes. I can access it. The site is down though…

You should be able to access it with the link in private 👇

It seems the issue is related to the latest Elementor 3.26.0 update, which has caused issues on some sites. To resolve this, I’ve downgraded Elementor to the previous stable version, and your site appears to be working fine now.

It should be working fine now, and I suggest avoiding this update for the time being
