Hi. I have troubles displaying instagram footer wiget on http://www.gaudeo.sk
I got the access token and filled in the widget, but its not showing even a widget title. Did i miss some switch, or what might be the cause?
Hi @bliksa,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share me the screenshot of how you are using it?
Or would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?
Best regards,

Hi there,
We can’t login because wp-admin is blocked, but we have a solution to try.
Looks like you are using “Shufflehound Instagram” widget, which is outdated method and could have some issues.
Better would be to install our recommended WP Instagram Widget , then add it in widgets with name “Instagram” and will all necessary fields.
Let us know if that works.
Best regards,

I made booth plugins work by disabling the paralax footer option (which we quite liked). Altough, I still can not figure out where the “Follow me!” field text should be showing.
Nice to hear that it is working now.
It is possible that this field will be used only for SEO purposes.
