Noticed my WPBakery Plugin expired and needed to be updated. When I tried to upgrade Jevelin to Version 5.2.2 in order to upgrade WPBakery, I get a 500 server error.

It looks like Version 5.2.1 changelog shows I can update to WPBakery Page Builder 6.8.0. Is there a place i can get this version of Jevelin, or would it be easier to troubleshoot why 5.2.2 gives me the 500 server error?

    Hi there,

Below we will attach the latest WPBakery page builder update file.

About 500 server error we are not sure as it is working fine for the most users including in our test servers. Can you access PHP error logs? That could tell us why that could happen. Or you can share access data in the private field and we could take a look.

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

The error seems to be related to this:

I’m going to try removing the old theme and installing the new version manually.

Thank you for letting us know.

Did the manual theme remove and install worked fine?
