On Samplepage there I see in widget “Latest Posts” small preview Picture of featured Image, but in my installation there are only a small icon and Textlinks, how can i activate ist. Seen the view widget.php, but it’s not used.
Found it it’s called “Shufflehound Recent Posts” not “Recent Posts”
So but there ist still a problem, I can’t solve. How is it possible to override in child theme /inc/widget/recent-posts/widget.php
just copying isn’t enough
Cause there is an error in, can’t show the blogpost in recent posts, in case the shown page is exactly the same! 🙁

You have to overwrite the whole widget directory on the same path in child theme as described in the following topic.
