Hi support team,
we’ve played around with the picture gallery and have some questions:
1. Removing Pictures from Gallery doesn’t work. Even after publishing the portfolio page the pictures are still available. (See RemovePictures.jpg)
Is this a bug or is there another way to remove pictures?
2. When removing pictures from media library there is white space in the picture gallery of the portfolio. (See WhiteSpace.jpg)
Is this a bug?

3. What would be the optimal format of pictures for the gallery slider?
4. Is there a way in re-ordering pictures within the portfolio gallery?
5. Would we be able to re-order portfolio articles on the home page or is the default sorting order (from newest to oldest) the only option?
6. When using the Accordion, in the first bucket there are no line breaks working. In all other following ones they’re working fine.
We played a little bit around and even we move 2nd accordion, where line breaks are working, to 1st place then the line breaks are gone (See AccordionBug.jpg)

Here’s a quick rundown of our answers for questions:
This might indeed be a bug. To check it properly, we’d need temporary access to your WordPress admin area so we can take a closer look. You can safely share the login details in the private information field.
We checked the portfolio page you shared but didn’t see the images or white space you mentioned – it looks like the page may have changed since your message. Could you please confirm if the issue is still happening or share an updated link or screenshot?
For the best look in the portfolio gallery slider, we recommend using images with the same aspect ratio and resolution. Or you were asking about image format?
At the moment, reordering images within the portfolio gallery isn’t available through the interface. However, you can remove and re-add them in the desired order as a workaround. We’re considering adding a drag-and-drop reorder option in a future update.

2. Yes, this portfolio page has been removed in the meanwhile, most likely this can be marked as solved when you confirmed and fixed bug from question 1 🙂

Thank you for updating the permissions. We were able to test the portfolio gallery properly now and found the likely cause of the issue. Please try installing the latest beta update linked below, as it includes a fix for this behavior.

We also improved the gallery functionality in this beta by adding better image removal handling and basic ordering options, which should make managing portfolio images more convenient overall.

Hi,
thanks, I’ve installed the new version of the theme and I can confirm there are now options to re-order images and removal of single images is working fine as well.
The only thing what I observed, when uploading a new image it will remove all existing images which were already in place. This is not a big problem as all images can be selected again and then re-ordered, it’s just some inconvenience.
Maybe you can consider this is in one of the next releases 🙂

Regarding the behavior where adding a new image clears the existing selection: we have further improved this in a newer beta version. Please try the latest beta update below and check if the image selection now behaves as expected when adding new images.
