    OK, is there any way I can show all of the images in the portfolio please, rather than just 3?

    So: now on “default” Beacons Leigh is displaying 3 of 5 gallery images and Weavers Quarter is displaying 3 of 12 gallery images. Please can you help?

    OK, I just changed the portfolio layout to “default” and now I can see 3 of the 5 gallery images on the portfolio. Can you make it so that I can see all 5 images please?

    If you go to the home page, click on the lead image for Beacons Leigh, the page comes up for that portfolio item. No gallery images are displayed. Please can you help?

    I have updated my PHP to 7.3, which is the latest version. I have updated my version of wordpress and all of the active plugins are updated too.

     

    It hasn’t solved the problem.

     

    In portfolio, “Weavers Quarter” & “Beacons Leigh” have been published but are displaying none of the gallery images.

     

    Please can you help? Thank you

    I’d love you to have a look please! The portfolio items with an issue are “Weavers quarter” and “Beacons Leigh”. Weavers Quarter is displaying only some of the gallery images, Beacons Leigh is displaying only the main image. Thanks.

    Thanks for your response. I did as you instructed, but it hasn’t fixed the problem, see attached. Please can you help me? Could the images be too large? or somehow the wrong kind of jpg?

    I’ve attached a screengrab of my home page as a .png. The wide black horiz band (arrow) should be white, not black. The image you sent me shows it black. I’ve tried in the “appearance” menu, it says it’s all white, am I doing something wrong?

     

    The WPBakery plugin is installed and activated, it says I need a newer version and when I follow the link it asks for $45. Am I OK with the free version?

    Hi,

    I have used the “check mail” plugin you suggested. It’s working. I have attached a screengrab of the page

     

    However, I can’t get the contact form to send. I have it on “wp-mail” Each time I test it in “settings” I get a big tick on the page, but I don’t receive any mail.

     

    I have spoken to my host, we have changed MX settings to “remote mail exchanger”

    I have resolved the “are you sure you want to do this” issue using the links that you provided above.

     

    I have tried to load the theme using the menu: Themes / Add new / Upload theme / Choose File / Install Now.

     

    I get a new dialogue as follows:

     

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/sesame53/public_html/wp-content/themes/jevelin/

    Theme install failed.

     

    Please can you help?

    I have downloaded Jevelin Beta 2.4.6 . I have tried to load the theme using the menu: Themes / Add new / Upload theme / Choose File / Install Now. The next page that always shows up is “Are you sure you want to do this?” “Please try again.

    Please can you help?

    I installed the check-email plug in, I used it to send a test email, it worked, but the main email feature on my website still doesn’t, what can I do please?

    Hi, my Unyson plugin is 2.6.16. My jevelin theme is 2.4.2. I loaded the updated theme files that became available yesterday.

    My “partners” section does not have an “Autoplay Speed”setting, it only has “Add”. I have attached a screengrab

    Hi

     

    My mail is handled by Gmail, I have been to the webmail and to my desktop client and the messages are not in spam or anywhere else.

     

    My site is not a blog, I haven’t registered any new users and comments are switched off.

     

    This is really bad for my business, please can you help?
