Worked like a charm! Fantastic thank you so much! A last quick question. If I inspect the webpage and target the class name I see there would my own CSS Work? I’d love to be able to just do that mayself and not have to ask you all for help.

    Thanks a lot again!

I have tried my own personal hotmail as a test, I filled out the server name and the port and my email and the password for that email and it says it can’t send emails. I am really confused why. Do you have maybe a clear guide on how to fill these fields out? I feel like I am doing something wrong.

I used the SMPT with hotmail server and port. Unless I got the username wrong, is it or is it not your email address of that hotmail account and the password?

I am sorry to be such a bother but I have been trying for weeks to get this to work. Is there no way to get the godaddy email to work? It is my clients company email now as it came with hosting, I do not want to have to tell them they can’t use it now.

Sorry it took me so long, had a lot of problems with the client needing the website down completely for a while. It is live now and you can view it.

Here is a screenshot just in case anyway. I hate how this looks on mobile but I can’t seem to change it and it’s hard to read. The client doesn’t really care but I do. Even if i got the grey container to stretch as the whole page on mobile would be fine, just so the paragraphs have more space to be able to read them. On an iphone 5 or lower it looks worse than this, so it’s the smaller phones that there is an issue with iphone 6 and up looks alright.

This design is driving me crazy lol But ya gotta give the client what they want.

Thanks so much. I was messing around and easily found the class and id names of each container and so on by simply inspecting my own site and then changing some things with css.

Thank you for being such a big help.

Thank so much that worked like  a charm! Would you perhaps have an available guide on how to do some of your own custom css. I understand if you don’t. But could I even inspect my own site see what the class name is and then change the code with !important at the end of css code?

Thank you very much! Will try that, Just to be sure, when I add the custom code I can always delete it again?

    Thank you for the help

At the moment my site is under construction so I’ll disable it for now but I would appreciate if you could look into it as soon as you can as my client does not want it visible online until the site is ready. Here is the website:

You can see at the minute the colour is white, but she really wants grey and on top of that background. I hate to ask you guys for help, but she won’t really have it any other way. Thanks so much!

I also get this sometimes, its either this or no pop up. Either way no email 🙁 But I also don’t think wordpress is sending my email any notifications. Any advice would be appreciated as this is irritating now. Made this email with godaddy a week ago.

I used this instead of the SMTP : Incoming server (POP3) and i set the port and once I click send nothing pops up. I don’t get a test email either.

I have done as you advised I added the Outgoing server (SMTP) from GoDaddy as that is my provider. Then I added my email username and password, i added the port and all the fields were filled. It says ‘Could not send email’.  Or is the username and password supposed to be of your wordpress?

I’m just confused at how to fill some of the fields. Is there anything else I can do?

Oh okay thanks, also I need to ask how come when I send a form I do not actually receive it even though I put in the email in the form that it should go into. Here is a screenshot.

Am I missing something? Sorry for all the hassle. I am just new at this.
