Solution for this topic
Hi again,
after doing some research and following your instruction, I can confirm that the issue isnt Jevelin Theme related as the same behaviour occurs with the 2017 theme.
It appears the issue is related to Jetpack notifications and the dependency to be logged in to wordpress.com. Disabling the Jetpack notifications removed the error, as per advise on link below.

Please consider this matter closed. thanks.

Hi again,
apologies please ignore the previous attachments. I wasn’t inspecting via incognito session therefore ABP+ was involved. Now I have eliminated that I am left with one error which is persistent across the whole site.
Can you please have a look at the attached.

George
Hello again.
thank you for the advice. I did contact the developers, their response is in the attached image below.
I managed to resolve the issue by extracting another frame-xxxx.png file from the same directory and renaming the filename to frame.png, then uploading the same file to the directory.
Since the source file used is transparent, perhaps different number of pixels than the original, but it isn’t visible anywhere on the page and the page no longer reports loading errors when inspected. I accept that this is not the ideal fix, but given the feedback from both vendors and the lack of time to test/play with this, I’m satisfied with the fix for now.
At a later date when I have properly backed up all files and the website I will try to experiment with unistalling/reinstalling the plugin.
thanks for your efforts.
Regards
George
Hello,
thanks for the advice but that is not a workable solution unfortunately.
The RevolutionSlider was included with the theme, so uninstalling then reinstalling is not possible without first licensing the use of the plugin with the developer, in other words I cannot reinstall the plugin without first buying a licence.
It is my fault for not backing up my web directory in full via FTP first, but I am where I am.
I have contacted the developer with the hope they can provide a copy of the missing file, or at least advise the dimensions and the colour so I can recreate the file. Will see how that plan goes š
