Please try to to go Admin Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Titlebar and disable it. Let us know if the issue is fixed.
Can you please give us a link to your website, so we can take a look on your page structure?
Also did you try to change page template to Blog? And then under Page settings > Blog adjust settings further?

You can enable it under Admin Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Titlebar
