Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I noticed there are 3 available widgets to be added to the footer. Just wondering how to add another widget and make it 4 columns in the footer.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Gillion theme as described in the following pages.

And just two more things. How can I customize the line separating copyright bar from the footer widgets? And how can I customize the copyright bar padding?

To achieve it, you have to develop custom code by overwriting jevelin_icon_set function in the Jevelin child theme which is declared in the theme file /jevelin/inc/hooks.php

This is happening on your site because of the errors as shown in the attached screenshot.
