Hi @simonsemaan1,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
It seems the issue of plugins that you installed.
Do you remember which plugin you have installed that caused this issue?
Also you can get more information about troubleshooting this issue on the following page.

Awesome great to see you got that fixed.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
This is the required file but i checked it and found error entries only till 09-Jan-2017 so could you please delete the content of this file and try to install the demo content again?
Then after getting the error share me the updated file.
Please also try using latest version of Jevelin theme by downloading it from here http://support.shufflehound.com/download/jevelin-beta/

Hi @flashfiles,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please try using our latest theme beta version 2.1.2 from the following page?
http://support.shufflehound.com/download/jevelin-beta/
If it doesn’t resolve your issue then could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @abrantiesignora,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of theme.
Could you please share me your site URL and log in details on [email protected] where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
@abrantiesignora We are having too much users to help in this topic so to help us keep support thread separates could you please create your own thread for your question here http://support.shufflehound.com/forums/forum/jevelin/ instead of replying on others thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
Awesome great to see you managed to install it via FTP.
It seems this was happening because there was already jevelin theme folder in the themes directory which was not getting deleted or overwritten when you try to install new theme may be because of improper read / write permissions.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
@eclipseyou Please note you are making changes in the theme files therefore you have to make these changes again after theme updation as changes made in the theme files get lost on theme updation so it is always recommended to make change using child theme instead of in the theme files itself.
You can use the following child theme for it
http://support.shufflehound.com/download/jevelin-child-beta/
Just noticed that it does not take sticky posts in the same sequence in the feed as they appear on the site.
Please make sure this is not the case on your site. Everything else in feed is working fine for me.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @Louis,
I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.
Could you please share the screenshot of the issue and send the log in details on [email protected] so that i can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Ok i have tested it on your site now using Chrome browser and the animations are working fine without any issue.
Which browser are you using?
Could you please test it on Chrome browser and also try clearing your browser cache?
You are most welcome here 🙂
Sure we will add it in our to do list as a feature request to implement in the future version of theme.
We have to develop custom javascript code to make it happen on scroll which will take time but you can always display it light black by also using the below CSS code so that it will match with the mobile dropdown nav.
.sh-body-header-sticky #header-mobile {
background-color: #232323 !important;
}
@spfskyline Thank you for sharing your site. It is looking very beautiful 🙂
Hi Kieran,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I visited your shared site but didn’t see any white gap on it as shown in this screenshot http://imgur.com/a/T6gZo
Please try clearing your browser cache or testing it on another browser.
Best regards,

Hi @spfskyline,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is disabled on mobile view because it makes the menu items in accessible when the menu contains too many menu items.
But if you want to enable it then you can try changing it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-body-header-sticky .sh-header-mobile {
position: fixed!important;
top: 0;
left: 0;
right: 0;
width: 100%;
z-index: 5000;
}
