Hi @Brand911,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please try clearing or purging the cache of the W3 Total Cache Plugin and if you still face the issue then please contact the plugin support to resolve it.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Please notify me hereafter providing the access and also share the exact page URL from your website where this is happening.
I don’t know the exact plugin but I have shared with you many plugins in my earlier reply so please try using them.
Hi @gouchercollege,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to develop custom code to achieve this.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @gouchercollege,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve both of these changes, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d

Hi @davey1975,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please temporarily deactivate any cache that you are using on your website and also try clearing your browser cache?
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Awesome great to see you got that fixed.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
Sorry for the type.

Hi @haruki,
Thank you for your question.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you?
Best regards,

Hi @haruki,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can remove the border-radius by using the custom CSS solution shared in the below topic.

We only provide support through a forum here and by zoom or skype call.
I have created a feature request to display the logo image in a large size in the header builder that will be implemented soon in the future version of the theme.
In the meantime, you can create a good quality logo of thumbnail size 150 X 150 and use it in the header builder.
I want this option on ALL pages…for me to be able to turn on and off when I want. When I turn off the logo the navigation bar goes away. When I take the logo away…it is automatically replaced with a Jevelin logo. This is unacceptable.
Currently, there is no option to hide the logo on specific pages.
You can hide the logo on the specific page using the Yellow Pencil editor as described on the below page.

Hi @amzkes,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please remove the latitude and longitude from the map configuration and just add the address in the map settings?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @davey1975,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
Please note that there will be some mismatch between the aspect ratio.

Solution for this topic
It works fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot so could you please test it using a different browser and clearing your browser cache?
