Hi @dhumshan,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Please make sure that you have activated the theme-required plugins from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It seems the limitation of the timeline element of the Unyson page builder.
You can instead use the WPbakery page builder and the timeline element provided by it.
This is an old topic and to help us keep the support thread separates could you please create your own thread for your question instead of posting a reply on others’ thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
Hi Sunil,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Please donโt share sensitive information on the forum as this is a public forum so the information shared can be seen by others.
Please change the shared credentials ASAP.
If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text โEnter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)โ.
I could confirm the issue on your website.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You have configured it correctly.
I have tested it on my website and it is working fine for me.

Hi Michaela,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can edit the page and add post offset number in the Blog Posts Basic Settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

You are most welcome here ๐
Yes, you can use the old child theme as there are no changes in it.

Hi @dereksieb,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Are you using the Unyson page builder and the timeline element of it?
Please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.

Hi @tjgott,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

I can see the footer link colors are red on your website.
Could you please tell me where you have changed it by sharing the screenshot?
Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Configure WooCommerce Columns to 4 in the WooCommerce theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot and add WooCommerce widgets in the sidebar.
It will be migrated within few minutes.
Again I recommend you to take a backup of your website before migration.
Then you won’t face any issue but take a backup of your website before upgrading so that If anything goes wrong then you can restore it.
I logged into your website and saw you were trying to edit the page using the Elementor page builder but the page was created using the WpBakery page builder so I switched to the WpBakery page builder and resaved the page that made it work.
Could you please confirm it?
Please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or Gutenberg or elementer or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.
It seems you have not yet created any product on your website so could you please first create some products on your website using the WooCommerce plugin?
First, you have to set the Shop page in the WooCommerce plugin settings as described below.
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
Also, you can remove index.php from your website URLs as below.

Hi @Anusunu,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes, the Gillion theme supports the latest WordPress version but the Redux plugin is facing an issue with it that you can resolve as described below.
