Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Please make sure that you are using below the latest version of the theme and the latest version of WooCommerce if you are using it.
Also, please clear the cache on your website if you are using any.

Shufflehound team1- the screenshots you have showed me above helped me delete the description from the titlebar but i dont find anyway to delete the word HOME from there. It just there in the middle of the home page!
You can delete it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

No, there is no settings to adjust it.
You can try adjusting it using the Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.

3- For some reasons, the customizer is not working here! No matter what settings i change in there ( FONTS, COLORS ect)…Nothings changes!
Could you please tell me exactly which settings you want to change so that I can test it?
Also, after changing the settings please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the SG cache that you are using on your website.

You have added AdSense ad code below the header that contains many break( <br> ) tags causing to display the space so please remove the <br> tags from it.
Also, your logo image still contains some padding around it as shown in the attached screenshot.

The OUR UPDATES section is created using the Blog Posts element of Unyson page builder as shown in the second attached screenshot.
The “Our Adventures” page is created by setting its template to Blog and configuring the Blog settings as shown in the first attached screenshot.
The “Our Thoughts” page is created the same way as “Our Adventures” page by setting its template to Blog but set its “Blog Categories Tabs” option to off.

can i edit the home page with WPbakery?
Can i edit the home page with WPbakery? or only Yellow Pencil?
Now both WPbakery and Yellow Pencil are not working on the home page. I m unable to select modules or do anything with the plugins on the home page. Can someone please help me sort this so i can start working on my blog.
Your website home page is a dynamic page generated by the blog page template so you can’t edit it using page builder until you set its page template to default as shown in the attached screenshot.

You can change it or remove it from the theme Header settings as shown in the second and third attached screenshots.
Is the theme compatible with Elementor?
Yes, the theme compatible with the Elementor page builder.
Could you briefly let me know where m i meant to use Yellow Pencil and WPbakery? M i meant to choose to work with one of them? do they do different jobs? Like maybe use Yellow pencil for home page and Pagebuilder for other pages? Because it seems that i m unable to use pagebuilder on home page…
The YellowPencil is not a page builder but the WordPress CSS style editor plugin that allows you to customize your website design in real-time.
You can use WPBakery or Unyson or Elementor page builder to build your website.
You can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Please do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.
I visited your shared page and saw the top two “Search” and “Categories” widgets are default WordPress widgets that don’t have anything to do with the theme.
The “Social Media” widget title is a dynamic text which is added by you in the widget settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
I could confirm that the “Latest Projects” is a theme widget and the text is not translation ready, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.

I confirmed the issue on your website.
To check whether it is the video-specific issue, could you please try using a different video?
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
