You can resolve the mobile header icon issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

There isn’t any full template for Home Education so you have to import Education demo content as shown in the attached screenshot.
can you try create new post, and don’t assign category anything, and then try to preview..
I just did it and it worked fine for me.
I noticed when I don’t assign any category to the post then after saving post the default Uncategorized category gets assigned to the post.

I am not sure what you mean by Full Template but If you mean Full-Width Page then you can do so by editing the page and setting its Page Layout to Full Width as shown in the attached screenshot.

Shufflehound teamThis seems happening because of the custom CSS code you have added on your website using the Yellow Pencil Editor.
To confirm it, could you please try temporarily deactivating the Yellow Pencil Editor plugin and see whether the issue gets resolved?
